2. PRODUCTS
Lara Mossio offers fashion pieces through limited collections and pre-order releases.
Product descriptions, photographs, sizes, materials, prices and availability are displayed on the relevant product pages.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur depending on screen settings.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, composition, size guide and other relevant information before placing an order.
3. PRE-ORDERS
Certain products are offered on a pre-order basis.
A pre-order allows customers to reserve a piece before it is ready for dispatch. Pre-orders help us plan production in limited quantities and reduce unnecessary waste.
Production and dispatch
Pre-order pieces are produced in limited quantities after the relevant pre-order period closes. The estimated dispatch timeframe is 4–5 weeks after the end of the pre-order period, unless a different timeframe is expressly stated on the relevant product page.
The estimated delivery period begins after dispatch and is separate from the production and preparation period.
The applicable pre-order closing date and estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the product page before purchase.
Delays
If we anticipate a significant delay, we will inform the customer and communicate the available options in accordance with applicable law.
If delivery does not take place within the agreed timeframe, or within the applicable statutory deadline, customers may have the right to request delivery within an additional reasonable period or terminate the contract and obtain a refund, as provided by law.
Pre-order status does not remove any statutory consumer rights.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in euros (€).The applicable product price and any shipping charges will be shown before the order is confirmed.
Any applicable taxes will be treated in accordance with the seller’s tax status and the rules governing the transaction. Any additional import charges payable by the recipient will be disclosed as required by applicable law.
Payment is collected at checkout when an order is placed, including for pre-orders, unless another arrangement is expressly stated.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. ORDER PROCESS
Customers may review their order details, delivery information and total price before confirming their purchase.
The order is placed when the customer completes the checkout process and submits the payment.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
A shipping confirmation email, including tracking information where available, will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer and arrange any refund due in accordance with applicable law.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Dispatch times
- Pre-order items: Estimated dispatch 4–5 weeks after the pre-order period closes.
- In-stock items: Typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch
- France: 1–3 business days
- International: 5–8 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and local postal services
Available destinations, shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Where an order contains items with different estimated dispatch dates, the items may be shipped together once all pieces are ready. Any applicable arrangements will be communicated to the customer.
The seller remains responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law.
7. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient, subject to the applicable rules and shipping arrangements
Customers are encouraged to check their local import requirements before placing an order.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For eligible distance purchases made by consumers, the customer generally has a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
This right also applies to eligible pre-order purchases.
Returning the goods
Following notification of withdrawal, the goods must generally be sent back within 14 calendar days, in accordance with applicable law.
Customers may be responsible for direct return shipping costs where this has been properly disclosed before purchase and is legally permitted.
The customer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
Where a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, the seller will reimburse the payments received, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law.
Reimbursement will generally be made within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal. The seller may defer reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of shipment has been provided, as permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed with the customer.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products falling within a legally recognised exception. Any exception will be applied only where its legal conditions are satisfied.
The fact that an item is available for pre-order, produced in limited quantities or purchased at a reduced price does not, by itself, remove the statutory right of withdrawal.
9. ADDITIONAL RETURNS POLICY
In addition to statutory withdrawal rights, Lara Mossio offers a voluntary return window of 15 business days from receipt of the order, subject to the applicable conditions.
For returns made under this additional policy, items should be unused, unwashed, free from damage or marks, and returned with their original packaging and safety tag intact where applicable.
This additional policy does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning faulty or non-conforming products.
To request a return, please contact contact@laramossio.com or our instagram page @laramossio before sending the item.
Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided by customer service.
10. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Products sold to consumers benefit from applicable statutory guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law.
These guarantees apply independently of any voluntary return policy.
If a product is faulty, damaged or does not conform to the contract, customers should contact contact@laramossio.com with their order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.
We will review the request and explain the available remedies in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts mandatory statutory guarantees.
11. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUSED DELIVERIES
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that an order can be stopped once it has been processed or dispatched. However, statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not, by itself, constitute a valid withdrawal request.
Any resulting refund, return shipping costs or customs charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
