Lara Mossio was born from a belief that has followed me for years:

Women should never have to choose between ambition and femininity.

Too often, we are taught that success requires us to become smaller, quieter, more serious. That elegance is superficial. That femininity is a distraction. That wanting more somehow makes us difficult.

We disagree.

We believe ambition and femininity do not compete with each other.
